Description: University Village is a major mixed-use development adjacent to the University of Illinois at Chicago campus. The $100 million Ivy Hall phase in what was once know as the Maxwell Street neighborhood, included 36 single-family homes, 31 townhomes and 152 condominiums in three-story walk-up buildings on the east side of Halsted Street between 14th and 16th Streets.

Description: Oakwood Shores is the redevelopment of Ida B Wells Housing Project to create a mixed-income community. The site spans approx.  94 acres and is located on Chicago’s mid-South Side.  Currently under construction, when completed Oakwood Shores will consist of 3,000 units of new rental and for-sale housing. Construction began in 2003 and will be completed over several phases.

Description: Bertrand Goldberg, the renowned architect who designed Chicago’s Marina City and River City, originally designed the Raymond Hilliard Homes. Hilliard was built in 1966 and placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999. The renovation of the towers, completed in two phases included two family buildings (containing 151 units each) and two senior buildings (each containing 176 units).
